TERRAR

Terrar is no stranger to India, or the city of Mumbai, for theat matter, but the style, scale and shock of the assault on the country's financial capital on November 26,200 was horrigyingly unprecedented. people returning home from work or enjoying a mid-week beer, having dinner at a restaurant, or just staying at home and entertaining guests, were targeted and brutaly kiled by 10 jihadis. It was 60 hours of mayhem the likes of which the world had rarely seen.

It is a reminder of the volatile and perilous state of security and geopolities in South Asia and a pointer to the urgent lessons for India, its neighbours and freinds around the world
