HOW TO PREVENT KILLING DIESES

1. DAILY MORNING IN EMPTY STOMACH
DRINK 1 GLASS OF WATER
IT WILL WAKE UP ACTIVE INTERNAL ORGANS

2. AFTER TAKING BATH
DRINK 1 GLASS OF WATER
IT WILL LOW YOUR BLOOD PRESSURE LEVEL (IF YOU ARE A BP PATIENT)
OR
IT WILL PREVENT BLOOD PRESSURE

3. 1/2 AN HOUR BEFORE EVERY MEAL DRINK
2 GLASS OF WATER
IT WILL IMPROVE YOUR DIGESTIVE SYSTEM

4. BEFORE YOU SLEEP
DRINK 1 GLASS OF WATER
IT WILL AVOID STROKE OR HEART ATTACK
AT MIDNIGHT
