One of my friend she is running a man power consultancy, I asked her about the female bosses
I am furnishing below her statement here
" I WILL ALWAYS VOUCH FOR A MALE BOSS
BECAUSE I FEEL THAT
WOMEN TEND TO BRING THEIR HOME TO OFFICE"
but
ONE SURVEY FOUND THAT 15% OF EMPLOYEES IN SOUTH INDIA HAVE A PROBLEM
REPORT TO FEMALE BOSSES WHILE ONLY 2% IN NORTH INDIA HAVE PROBLEM REPORTING TO A FEMALE BOSS.
