The benefit of Yoga

If you regularly doing Yoga means you will get the following benefits.


1. The whole body will not get stiffness.  


2.It is a good preventive maintenance.  So in the beginning stage itself all the disease will go away from the body.


3.If you want to be healthy, the three important organs should work properly,  that  are Heart, Lungs and Brain.  If you do regular yoga these parts will act correctly and you will not get any problem


4.Blood circulation will be there on the whole body, hence you will get more energy.


5.  Some people will not get apatite and they will not eat properly.  Hence they will not have  energy.  If you do yoga regularly you feel hungry and you will eat regularly.
