NO SUGAR NO NO NO...............

Doctors are advising us to avoid  Alcohol, Cigarette as it is giving harm to our body.


Like wise, sugar is also giving harm to our body.  Most of the dangerous disease like Cancer, Bone fracture, Arthritis, Blood pressure, Obesity, TOOTH problem, Kidney problem, etc all are having some connection with sugar.


Cool drinks and artificial foods are having more sugar.  If we continuously eating means it will create problems in our body, and the body has to secrete more insulin to nullify, which will resulted in to diabetic problem..  Because insulin is having direct relation with immune system which is safe guarding  our body from the outside enemies like bacteria, viral etc.


Daily we should not take more than 3 or 4 table spoon of sugar. Those who wants to live healthy should avoid eating more sugar.


SAY NO TO SUGAR ... SAY YES TO YOUR HEALTH......
