EAT RED CHILIES... REDUCE WEIGHT


It is a good news for spicy eaters......


Recent research done by London food scientists the Red chilies are contain some chemical which will create heat and that will burn the cells which are creating cholesterol.  


Hence if we add the red chilly while cooking which will prevent the heart attack too.  because the main reason for heart attack is cholesterol.  


This will also reduce the cholesterol cells in the stomach and will stop putting weight on our body.  Eat red chilly and enjoy healthy life....
