YOGA .. DO'S AND DONT'S

YOGA .. Which will heal total body and soul

There are do's and don'ts are there.

DO'S
* Do yoga in a airy place
* Always do before sunrise
* Do it in empty stomach
* Do it on a Matt
* Do very calmly
* After doing yoga drink/eat after 15/30 minutes
* Do the yoga with yoga master or guru
* Do the yoga for specific diesease

DON'TS
* Never do yoga in a hot place
* Never do when your empty is full
* Never do in on floor
* Never do it urgently
* Never do if you are in monthly cycle
* Never do if you are having headache
*Never do both yoga and aerobics
